Sealed Light Engine Quality Control: IP5X dust protection is achieved through multi-layer sealing at all optical interfaces. Each unit passes helium leak testing before final assembly to ensure enclosure integrity. All units undergo 100% optical performance validation, including thermal cycling and vibration tests, to simulate long-term use. Automated assembly lines operate in Class 1000 cleanrooms to prevent production contamination.

Advantages (80%): The sealed design ensures high reliability, minimal maintenance, consistent image quality, and longer product life.

Disadvantages (20%): More complex and costly to manufacture than open designs, with fewer user-serviceable parts.

Open Light Engine Quality Control: We use multi-stage HEPA filtration in assembly areas to control dust. Each optical path is precision cleaned and sealed at critical points. All units undergo 100% optical performance testing under simulated conditions, including thermal cycling and vibration, to ensure long-term reliability.
